Outbound that finds your buyers, writes to them and books the call.

GTMFlux builds and runs cold email and signal-based lead systems for B2B teams with 2 to 15 sellers. Lists, verification, mailboxes, personalised sequences and reply handling, set up in tools you own. A person reads the copy before anything sends.

Taking five pilot clients for Q4 2026. Founder-led, based in Dublin.

Where outbound usually breaks

Most teams don’t need more emails. They need the right people, a real reason to write, and mail that lands in the inbox.

Reps spend their mornings researching

Agents pull the company, the trigger and a verified email overnight. Reps start the day with a list, not a search bar.

Lists bounce and domains get burned

Every address is verified before it’s used, and cold email goes out from separate, warmed-up domains. Your main domain never sends a cold email.

AI emails that read like AI

Each email starts from something real the prospect did, written in your voice from your emails that got replies. A banned-phrase list catches the tells.

You bought Clay and nobody runs it

I run it for you, or swap in pay-per-use tools when they’re cheaper. You see the cost before anything is built.

An agency sent thousands of emails and booked nothing

Everything lives in your accounts. You keep the domains, the lists and the workflows, whether or not we keep working together.

Nobody knows what’s working

One weekly report: emails sent, replies, interested replies, meetings and cost per meeting.

How many meetings would your volume book?

Move the slider. The maths uses the average reply rate from Instantly’s 2026 benchmark report, and every assumption is editable.

A year of Clay and a hire, or a year of GTMFlux

Clay is a great tool, but someone has to build and run it. Here’s a Clay plan plus a GTM engineer for a year, next to GTMFlux.

How we work together

Short calls, a written plan you approve, then the build. New mailboxes need two to three weeks of warm-up, so the first campaign usually goes out in week three or four.

  1. 1

    Intro call

    30 minutes, free

We look at your offer, your buyers and how you sell today. You leave knowing whether outbound fits and roughly what it costs.

  2. 2

    Consultations

One or two calls in week one

We agree who to target, which signals matter, your voice and your tools. I write it up as a one-page plan you approve before anything is built.

  3. 3

    Implementation

    Two to three weeks

Domains and mailboxes set up and warmed, lists built and verified, sequences written, and the first batch reviewed with you before it sends.

  4. 4

    Check-in calls

    Optional, weekly or monthly

We go through the numbers, try new angles and fix what’s underperforming. Skip them if the weekly report is enough.

I run it on my own pipeline first

GTMFlux finds its own clients with the same kind of system it sells. This is the live setup of my weekly lead scan.

I’m Evan, the founder. The person on your intro call is the person who builds your system.

Questions

Do I need to buy new tools?

Usually a sending tool, mailboxes and a few secondary domains, which cost tens of dollars a month at most volumes. Everything else is built on the CRM and tools you already have. You see every cost before we start.

Will emails go out without us seeing them?

No. You approve the sequences and the first batch before anything sends. After that, a person reads a sample every week and the rules get tighter as we learn what works.

Whose domains and accounts are used?

Yours. Secondary domains are registered to you, tools are billed to you, and everything stays with you if we stop working together.

How long until the first meetings?

New mailboxes need two to three weeks of warm-up before they can send at volume, so plan for the first campaign to go out in week three or four. Signal scans and inbound workflows can start sooner.

Is cold email allowed where my buyers are?

In the US, CAN-SPAM allows B2B cold email with an honest sender, a postal address and a working opt-out. In the EU and UK the rules are stricter and vary by country, so we check your lawful basis before sending there.

What does it cost?

$1,500 to set up each system, then $900 a month to run everything that’s live. Tools are billed to you at cost. Start here for an estimate at your volume.

Who owns what gets built?

You do. It lives in your accounts and comes with written docs, so your team can run it without me.
